How soon will my order ship?
Once an order has been placed, we will begin processing the Order within 48 hrs. For Priority Shipping, the estimated shipping time is within 7-10 business days; For Express Shipping, the estimated shipping time is within 2-5 business days.
If you have chosen custom stitching options in your order, we will first work on crafting your garment, then move to shipping state. The time it takes for crafting your garment depends on the complexity of your design. Please reach out to us for an estimated time for crafting your garment.
When will my order arrive?
Your order can be expected to arrive within 10 business days with Priority Shipping and withing 6 business days with Express Shipping following the placement of your order. In most cases, your order will arrive sooner than your estimated delivery date.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail with your tracking number and may track your package(s) at any time.
How much does shipping cost?
Priority Shipping is Free for orders over $200.
Priority Shipping withing India is Free.
Priority Shipping charges vary by region for the rest of the world.
Express Shipping charges vary by region for the rest of the world.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship orders all over the world.
Our US warehouse processes orders placed within US & Canada.
Our UK warehouse processes orders placed within UK.
Our India warehouse processes orders placed in India and rest of the world regions.
Can I ship to an address beside my own?
We gladly ship to any address. When you register with Purple Mist Apparel, you will have the ability to reserve additional addresses for friends or family whom you frequently send gifts.
What if I want to return or exchange my purchase?
Currently we are not accepting returns/exchanges but are in correspondence with our manufacturers to finalize our return policy plan. Please enroll in our newsletter for updates on this and other promotions.
What if I change my mind about a color or size after I’ve placed my order?
We would be glad to work with you on your requests until the order is Shipped. Our team will attend to any modifications on your order to ensure your satisfaction with your selections.
Currently once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed.
However, you may contact our team who will be available 24/7 prior to placing your order.
This is exactly why we will work hard for you to make an educated decision on your purchase to your full satisfaction
How do I know what size is right for me?

Your Design Feature
What is Your Design Feature?
Often times, we come across a design of garment that we fall in love with. The design may not be available in the market or the design may have been custom made. Regardless, If you love it so much, we are here to make it for you.
There are 2 types of your design feature you can order.
- Material from our catalog and your design (Eg. Blouse Design)
- Your design idea (Fabric, Construction is custom)
Simply post a picture of the garment and describe the characteristics to your best. One of our designers will give you a call to go over your design details.
We are very passionate about everything in apparel industry. You can count on us, we will deliver not just your custom garment but a well made custom garment.
PS : Please note custom orders vary in pricing and shipping time based on the complexity of the design. Our designer while consulting will give you more details on your timelines and pricing.
